In the hybridization workbook overview, the positive and negative control are located in special wells by writing "NC" or "PC" into the probe discription column. Afterwards exactly these wells should be used for positive and negative control analysis in the "Hyb QC" table.
The observation is, that this connection between the "Overview" and the "Hyb QC" is not working properly. Different wells which are not containing controls are used for analysis.
